Session Preparation

First things first: Your session fee and a signed contract is required to get on the calendar. Your payment and signed contract is due within 24 hours of agreed upon date and time.



Now that you're booked we start to prepare for your session...What specific ideas do you have? Questions on outfits? I have recommendations! Have a specific location that you like? Tell me about it! Want suggestions?! I have those too! Whether it's mountain views or city walks, I know all the great places!



Leading up to your session you can ask me as many questions as you need! A few days prior I will send you a confirmation email to confirm date, time and location. If you should need to reschedule, please try to let me know with as much advance notice as possible. However, as a mother of two, I understand that life happens and things may arise last minute.



The day of your session has arrived. Make sure kiddos are napped and happy and that everyone is dressed. ;) Most importantly, BE ON TIME! Late sessions ARE rescheduled, no exceptions.



After your session it will take up to 2 weeks for a completed gallery, however, in the meantime I will post some sneak peeks to facebook for you to view. If you do not want your images displayed, please let me know if advance and I will be happy to abide. I do know how exciting it is waiting for images but your patience is appreciated. I am a mother and work a full time job so this is why I quote up to 2 weeks for turn around, if it looks like it will take longer, I will be in touch to update you as necessary.



You have your gallery link now, be sure to download your images within 7 days. After 7 days I do remove your gallery. I DO NOT delete images. They will be stored safely on an external hard drive. If you should need more time to download your images - please let me know ahead of time. If the 7 days passes and you do not download your images and do not request additional time there will be a $25 fee to re-create your gallery.
